For the parfait, you will need a fruit cup, low-fart yogurt, blueberries and granola mix. Firstly, fill the fruit cup with yogurt until it is a quarter full. Cut the blueberries in halves and arrange them nicely on your first layer of yogurt. Then, put in some granola mix. When you are done with your first layer, cover the first layer of granola and blueberries with another layer of yogurt and simply repeat the process. There you have it, a simple blueberry parfait with two layers of yogurt.

Next, the blueberry smoothies. For this, you will need some blueberries, a cup of vanilla ice cream and yogurt (preferably, pina colada flavored yogurt). Throw everything into the blender, blend well and pour your smoothie into a tall glass. You can also replace the vanilla ice cream with other fruits like peaches or bananas if you like.

The last recipe of the day would be the blueberry cinch. Mix 2 cups of blueberries, sugar and water in a small saucepan. Heat over medium for the berries to soften and later bring the mixture to a boil. Stir until you get the texture you want. When you are done, turn the heat off and crush the blueberries with a potato masher. Top it with whipped cream if you like for extra taste.
